London, Oct 27 (ANI): X Factor judge Cheryl Cole’s first release as a solo artist, ‘Fight For This Love’, has topped the UK singles chart.

The song is the fastest-selling single of the year so far, with more than 290,000 sales, reports the Sun.

The Girls Aloud singer, whose album is out later, knocked Alexandra Burke, who won last year’s the X Factor, off the top of the charts.

Cole’s profile has been rising since her stint as a judge on the show.
