David Bowie denies Glastonbury performance reports

London, Nov 29 (ANI): David Bowie has rubbished speculation that he will team up with U2 for the 40th anniversary of the Glastonbury Festival in 2010.

Bowie had performed at the second Glastonbury in 1971 and media reports suggested he was considering a comeback next year.

“Sadly, there is absolutely no substance to this story,” the BBC quoted Bowie’s website as saying.

Rockers Muse are expected to croon at the event.
