Delhiites need behavioural change before Commonwealth Games: Chidambaram
Hyderabad, Sep 22 (IANS) Home Minister P. Chidambaram Tuesday asked Delhiites to change their behaviour in order to play good hosts during the Commonwealth Games to be held in the capital next year.
‘The behaviour of Delhiites must be changed,’ Chidambaram said at an event here.
Emphasising the importance for an attitude change in the general public before the games, the home minister said people needed to be educated in this regard.
‘….Those who are coming from outside must also accept the behavioural requirements of Delhi – the discipline,’ Chidambaram added.
