Jayawardene ton puts Sri Lanka ahead
Ahmedabad, Nov 18 (IANS) In reply to India’s 426, Sri Lanka were 483 for five in the first innings at tea on the third day of the first cricket Test at the Sardar Patel Stadium here Wednesday.
Mahela Jayawardene was batting on 142 and Prasanna Jyawardene on 43 at tea break. Sri Lanka now have a lead of 57 runs.
