Probe team formed to investigate Musharraf’s role in Bugti’s murder
Lahore, Oct. 20 (ANI): A probe team has been formed to investigate former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf’s role in the murder of Baloch leader, Akbar Bugti.
The News quoted RPO Sibbi and Naseerabad as saying, that the probe team will examine the murder site of Akbar Bugti in the initial phase of the investigation.
Later, it will record witnesses’ statements in connection with the murder.
In the third phase of investigation, the grave of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti will be exhumed with the consent of his son Jameel Akbar Bugti, he said.
He urged anyone who has any information regarding the murder of Bugti to come forward and help the investigation team. (ANI)
