Rolling Stones ‘plan’ 2010 world tour
Washington, November 27 (ANI): The Rolling Stones are set to go on a world tour next year, it has emerged.
Guitarist Ronnie Wood’s Russian girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova apparently let the word out, even though the group was planning to keep it secret.
“She’s not supposed to talk about it, things haven’t been finalised but she couldn’t resist telling a few friends,” Contactmusic quoted a source as telling Britain’s The Sun newspaper.
Meanwhile, Wood revealed he has been in touch with bandmates Sir Mick Jagger and Charlie Watts.
He added everything was “great” between them, dismissing rumours that he was likely to be ousted from the band for his partying habits.
In their last tour in 2007 Rolling Stones had amassed 300 million pounds. (ANI)
