Shakira finds new passion for golf
London, Nov 26 (IANS) Colombian pop star Shakira seems to be following Halle Berry and Celine Dion’s footsteps — the singer is the latest celebrity to get hooked to golf.
‘I’m really bad at sports, believe it or not. If you throw a ball at me it will probably break my face because I have no reflexes whatsoever. But, in golf, you just need concentration, of which I have plenty and a hip swing,’ contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.
Fellow Latino George Lopez gave the singer a golfing edge when he presented her with a customised putter.
