Rare 2.52-carat green diamond fetches €2.05m at auction

London, November 19 (ANI): Art auction house Sotheby’s recently sold a rare 2.52 carat green diamond to an anonymous buyer for a whopping 2.05 million euros.

Warhol’s painting of cash sells for $43 mn

New York, Nov 12 (DPA) A silk-screen painting by iconic American pop artist Andy Warhol sold for $43.8 million Wednesday night in New York, Sotheby’s auction house said.

Hong Kong graffiti sells for record $65,000 at auction

Hong Kong, Oct 7 (DPA) A piece of graffiti by Hong Kong’s self-proclaimed ‘King of Kowloon’ has sold for a record 500,000 Hong Kong dollars ($65,000), auction house Sotheby’s confirmed Wednesday.
