UAE to host world triathlon event in 2010
Abu Dhabi, Nov 5 (IANS) The United Arab Emirates (UAE) will host world triathlon competition here in March next year, WAM news agency reported Thursday.
Some 1,000 triathletes, including the world’s top 40, will participate in the competition, a 223-km power course, on March 13.
The route has been specially designed to include a number of Abu Dhabi city landmarks.
